My opinion is NO..... because keyword stuffing has high risk to caught by Google and make your site with low position.

idk why people are saying it wouldn't work,
you just have to get a time machine and travel back to 2006+ and it you'll rank for everything
jokes aside, OP, it's better to include your keywords for a very limited times,
2-3 times per 1000 words is better than overoptimizing your article for it,
a rule of thumb would be to include the keyword in the title (most importanly),
and a few times naturally in the content, preferrably if you can do so within the first 150 words+- as well
They're auto pilot answering instead of thinking the person wants to rank for 2 months.

for most of niches, it won't even make you rank in the 1st place, not to mention keeping it up for 2 months,
probably other spam/bh methods like using auctions domains for 301s or for its own authority could do the work
You can do keyword stuffing but make sure that you do not overstuff as it would be then not beneficial to you, moreover you should mainly focus on the keyword density according to the amount of words you put in a blog. But make sure that you don't overstuff rather than that you are good to go
