It's not possible to say if you do keywords staffing you will get rank for two months. But in my side It's not possible today SEO.

I have seen this working for gambling keywords but IDK about your niche here.

even if it works for sometime google doesn't like it and they will catch on ^^ used to do it to get good landing page experience on google adwords and the keyword here is used!

In my opinion, Keyword stuffing is not a good strategy, if you are aiming to rank your website in short spam of time. Rather you can focus on providing high quality and relevant content wit the search engine guidelines

you just have to get a time machine and travel back to 2006+ and it you'll rank for everything
jokes aside, OP, it's better to include your keywords for a very limited times,
2-3 times per 1000 words is better than overoptimizing your article for it,
a rule of thumb would be to include the keyword in the title (most importanly),
and a few times naturally in the content, preferrably if you can do so within the first 150 words+- as well
