I think that guy is a Chemical Engineer, he is using the name similar to a real journalist but I don't think it is him.
I think he set up the following identity to look like the real guy:

It is Cyber Crime Organisation URL from the region he belongs to.
They'll grab him up and you guys will get your bucks.
In addition, there is prisonment for 12-48 months too as per the law IPC420.

Vivek was just a guy that created that BHW profile and he sold it to this scammer.

I knew he was Indian and his name was fake but I was pretty sure his huff post links were legit as BB had gotten one and same with someone else so I took a punt.

We don't ask people to submit shitlist threads to be vindictive. It's done so that there's a process and it allows everyone the right to reply or answer queries. Randomly calling people out in the lounge means that there's no review and no process - it just makes it harder for us to get to the bottom of it.

I am more than happy to discuss the review process or answer any questions on it. It's important to me that it's transparent and straightforward so if there's any questions, post them in the feedback forum and I'll make a point of checking and answering them as honestly and openly as I can without compromising anyone's details.

I've been going through the information provided and there are problems that need resolving. I'm still looking into it but right now, my main concern is for the buyers who've lost money on services they didn't receive.

Can the members who have paid money to labs8vivek and have outstanding services, please submit a shitlist thread with details of the issues - http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/f31-shit-list/ - ideally, as soon as possible. We'll give him a chance to respond and resolve the issue for these buyers. If not, then the thread will be made public and allow other buyers to post their issues. This way, it gets dealt with openly and fairly.
