Possible scammer that goes under http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/448530-labs8vivek.html and his fake name James Franklin or something like that started a thread and I think he have http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/seo-link-building/769959-instant-traffic-permanent-high-impact-do-follow-links-forbes-mashable-usa-today-etc-5.html#post8161209
I have decided not to do anything about it and just move on since it is few hundreds, but each morning I check my Inbox I get a new message from members that are worried about their money. (Some people invested thousands).
So, I requested my money back for undelivered services via PayPal and everyone who ordered from this guy should request their money back (dispute) because this guy is not planning to deliver anything.

Also, all people that are scammed should post here so we can all see how much this guy stole from members. I bet this is top 10 scams on BHW

No need for that. I don't have to prove anything and I am not requesting anything from mods. They don't need to ban him, they don't need to contact him. This was just a friendly suggestion to all people that are involved in this case.

I think you should contact him and work this thing out, instead of bluntly accusing him of scam or disputing.

Contact who? He is a ghost. He is probably in the process of acquiring new BHW user name. He is not coming back.
 
I was real intrigued when I saw his thread too, think I'm on the second page. Thought I had a good BS detector but I guess I need to improve on that. Guess it's one of those too good to be true things.

Although after reading through it, maybe give him the benefit of the doubt?

He did disappear pretty quick though, and someone did say they invested $7,000. Damn.
 
Don't think that's gonna do anything good. Atleast holding his BST thread would stop new users from getting scammed. Sad to see people scamming others for a few bucks..

The TRUE way to bank:

1. Open BST making ridiculous claims (Oh hi dear. Yes, I can get most best link on that site. Plz just wait...all sites have their editorial process sir. Kindly wait 1 more week. I am not scammer bcoz I only ask for 50% sir.)

2. Pull in as much money as possible.

3. When the shit is about to hit the fan throw out the classic 'emergency' post. Please select from one of the following: family emergency, traveling with limited access to email, or storm and internet is out.

4. Laugh at all the idiots while spending money.

5. Rinse and repeat.

Anyone want to JV? Seriously looks to be the easiest money.

For few thousand!

There two weeks ago I ask if people sell high TF PBN for adult site and he send me a PM to tell me"Adult links possible." it surprising given that the sites he proposes, he may be trying to take few more hundred before disappearing

I saw many people in similar cases with problems on the paypal dispute because it is a digital product... if everyone create a dispute that could have a different impact for paypal, this thread is a good idea

I hope everything will be fine and these people recover their money

Bluntly accusing? He's rasing awareness for the obvious, I took a look at his thread and this was probably preplanned in my opinion. He purposely formed a service that would take 4-6 weeks to deliver so that throughout that time frame, customers wouldn't be expecting their order to delivered and new orders could come through without bad reviews being posted in the meantime. This "ETA" of delivery would allow him a good amount of time to drive in tons of orders without users becoming impatient and posting reviews that would kill his thread. But what's happening now is that time frame is running out and is catching up. I feel bad for those who made payment more then 45 days ago because if you did, you won't even be able to dispute it through PP.
 
If the articles he's writing are trash junk from writers here or at fiverr or whatever, he probably can't sell them off. I've published content on Rackspace, IBM, and Adobe to name a few and I get these jokers with their trash content trying to sell me a link for $150. Newsflash: real writers aren't making $5/article, so we aren't going to risk the few grand we make a month off of each of these sites for your crappy low rent "native" English article.

The only thing that is giving me a glimmer of hope here, is I actually received a quality post from this guy (on huffington), I was just waiting for my Forbes link to be delivered.

Admin that approved the thread also got HuffPo link, and that's the point... If you trust me send me a link to that HuffPo post and I will tell you more how he obtained that link. I would really like to see that profile (I would be the only person to see this and I wont share this with anyone)
