I regret buying a TV

If it were me I would get rid of it.
As a matter of fact, I don't own a tv right now because I don't have much use for it.
I would rather use my laptop, tablet or pc to watch what I want.

I don't have a tv. And I have only used a large desktop computer for work during the day and then angle the screen for the couch and entertainment at night. I generally like the simplicity of this setup... but I am now wanting to seperate the 'work' area to a small office room and the living room just for relaxation.

I don't want to buy a tv for the living room and am trying to figure out some sort of tablet / large screen setup. Combine a tablet and a larger screen for the living room type thing - like in the movie 'minority report', but for couch potatoes.

I feel like the only reason I have a TV in my room is to please people that visit my room maybe make them respect me more as I don’t even put it on except there is a visitor.

Now I feel like selling it. Do you think it’s a good idea to sell my TV?
Keep your TV and stop bringing visitors to your room.. Simple.

If its a smart TV than put some cool Youtube Music channel, and enjoy!

I don't have a TV in my room. I threw it out so I could focus on making money. Definitely helped a bit but at the end of the day, it takes discipline to stay focused. Maybe I should cut off my Netflix sub... my laptop has better uses. Good luck OP

My TV is 13 years old. It's actually the first TV my family bought after coming to America. Still using it, sometime I think about getting a new fancy flat screen TV, but why would if what I have now works just fine.

I had the same thoughts as you.

I actually watch YouTube videos and Udemy courses - try to keep it productive on your TV.

My tv is 11 years old, bought when I moved in. It is not the best electricity wise, I don't watch much but the kids do when it goes I will buy another one with Netflix built in.

Sell it to your friends and go to them to watch it.

Sell it, then. People who come visit should find you fun enough to stay there, without the help of other devices like the TV.
