So basically I took a plain old stupid zip submit and made it look like entering your zip was a vote to have a big star come to town. I cloaked the affiliate link before I inserted the lead HTML, what else do I need to do?

you need it to rotate affiliate network after each submit. Spread your traffic out and then also send some junk traffic to make sure you get paid.
