800kb or 1.2 mb/sec, wouldn't you normally get that with most torrent sites? it only matters about how many people are seeding it vs your isp downspeed.
sometimes i download at 2mbs on a diff site but thats only because there is a ton of seeders. ill try this out, one good thing about it, is that it has an irc server, which is the primary source of where all of the underground apps come from
 
correct me if im wrong but it really only matters how many seeds/leeches there are, then it depends on your connection speed along with everyone elses. Fios ive hit 2.8 mbps on a single torrent
