Set up TOR and google the current website URL of the Silk Road website, I love to spend my free time just checking out what's available out there.
And as long as you are careful and responsible TOR is quiet handy.

Thats the eBay for drugs lol.. Do you deal in there? How can such a website still be opened? Damn, I am always tempted to buy but its too risky, you need to input your address etc. Imagine the feds come knocking at your door..

No I don't deal or have even ever transacted there. Have been just a curious watcher. The stuff available there could give a hardcore junkie a hardon.
Maybe renting a post box could do half the trick.

that's like saying you'd get in trouble if someone bought drugs to send you off there, so fortunately it doesn't work like that and the sellers on silk road have a feedback to uphold so they're going to send you your goods.

This! If you have a router, you can spoof your mac to get a new IP. You can also try using a VPS as they are much safer. I remember coming across an article talking about all 3: VPN, VPS & the Tor browser for eBay & Paypal. I think it was written by a site called Auction Assistant or Auction Essistance or something like that.

Can TOR be used for Click Per lead or CPA offers without being found out?. I mean you could keep changig you IP with TOR and then click on the offer to get paid cant you?
 
Guys- if you can't afford a proxy, there are other ways to do it: AOL Desktop running in the background + Firefox with a header changer
