I received $100 free Microsoft Ad Credit - Would this work?

So I have a Varo account and right now they are running a $50 Referral Promotion where a new user that uses my referral link All the have to do is make an account load $20 and spend that $20 and both myself and the new user will receive $50 direct deposited. I actually sent the link to my good friend and he made an account and the $50 was almost instantly deposited after he spent 20.

Do you guys think it would be worth running a Microsoft ads campaign where I would advertise The Varo promotion for new users and advertise it as Open a free checking account and deposit at least $20 and after spending that $20 with the Varo debit card you will receive $50 direct deposit instantly?

Basically has anyone ran a successful banking sign up offer with paid per click ads and even more specific Microsoft Ads?

That could work, but you need a big budget to compete in the banking niche in ads.
