I really need your help guys !

My sister's account has been hacked a month now, she forgot the password of her live.fr.
And the hacker removed her number.
Is there any chance to recover the password, we have the last password used before hacking and the id card.

one month is too long, the hacker probably did what he needs to do, and he doesn't use the mail anymore,what about recovery email,does your sis email have one ? but i guess the hacker removed that too

No he doesn't change the email, the problem is she forget the email password, "live.fr"

i meant the recovery email,you know when you have two emails and you set one of them as recovery email for the other and you forgot the password of one of them so they send a link to change the password to the recovery email ? it's one of many methods of verifications
 
Write to support.
If you can prove that the account was really yours and you were hacked they will help

Yeah she forgot anything about the email when i did lost password, there is a number to recover it, but that's her old number

Contacting support is your best bet. Everyone can claim that it's their account, that's why you will need to prove it 100%. They won't give it to you so easily.

How can i contact fb support fb.com/support doesn't give me the access to contact them directly

Try to follow this not sure if it still works. There must be a way to contact support too. Your sister can ask all friends to report her account was hacked so it will probably get locked. From this point she will be able to choose two paths:
1. Creating a new account.
2. Continue Chasing Facebook to give her back the old one.
