First I will tell you what happened some time back in a similar case like yours. One member cried buckets on the forums about how his wife was dying and his baby son was without food and also dying... not this dramatic, but not less either. He wanted to learn something from all member here on "how to earn fast and take care of his dying family"...
Well, I bought a ebook from my friend Redtide and gave it to him free. We also gave him a lot of helpful ideas on how to earn money from AC. He got all the top ideas and a detailed know-how on how to earn some money at least. He had no words of thanks for either of us, not that we ever wanted those. But he stopped all PM communications after he got the book, and carried on normal discussions on other threads as if he had no family to look after! Soon after, he was banned for something else. His rotten and inhuman attitude towards helpful hands sucked and stinked...
I am sure there are many such incidents happening on BHW regularly. All start with similar sob stories. Even you seem to be very eager to learn the top money-making method "that way"! Don't do that here. We all are of the same opinion that either you take care of the ailing mother yourself without begging here, or be on the forums long enough and make lots of friends with he right kind of helpful and friendly attitude, so that if such mishaps take place in your life, there shall be real friends at your side.
Stop begging any more. I don't think this thread has a long life -- it's sure heading towards the shredder. Find some real-life relatives who would definitely help you and your mom. We can of course pray for her getting back the health soon, and I believe that praying is as good if not better in such a time of calamity than any method you are trying to find...
There is a search function in Google and on BHW. Use those, and find those methods, and other great methods freely shared by many great members here. Apply your twists and work them out. That way, you'd prove a point to yourself and also to your mother that you can be really useful to yourself from now on. I think that will give her the greatest satisfaction than finding about how you are begging for a method using her ill-health as a begging bowl.
It would pain me, but I would be the first to request mods to close this thread if you persist in this way... Go and use the search functions (on Google and BHW) and find all the money-making methods yourself. There are plenty! And sorry to be harsh, but you are openly displaying an emotional blackmailer's taint now after the emotional outburst in your OP, imo.
