I read too much about Youtube

I have some niche ideas for YT + content locking, but I read too much about phone verified and non phone verified accounts, bans, flagged videos.
At the moment I'm totally confused.

I'm fairly new to video marketing, so some advice would be great.

Uploading videos to YT requires a phone verified gmail account if I'm right?
Then what is a phone verified YT account?
It must be different. I just don't get it.
With a phone verified youtube account I can upload videos just like with a phone verified gmail account?

I prefer quality over quantity, so I only need 10-15 accounts, but I'm stucked.
Optimizing and ranking videos isn't a problem, I love to try different methods, I just simply don't understand this part. (which is actually the start of the whole thing)

Myths like never before bro. I use temporary emails and I have 45+ accounts creating at least 5 per day. 15 of which are banned for copyrighted content on youtube. Never had a issue yet other than at times accounts might go dead and ask for phone verification.
