Somebody shared articlebot 2.0, you can use that. Its a good software, creates accounts for you, submits your articles to the directories. it allows you to use multiple titles, bodys, and spyntax.

If you want to submit manually, I suggest you only submit to the top 4-5 a la ezine, goarticles, articledashboard etc.
