After being hit with more than 5 updates in less than 3 months, my info site has now tanked to zero. I just don't see how I can work year round for something that can be wiped in an eye blink. It's Time to Quit.

Let the site like that and check from time to time if you got the traffic and rankings back, in the meantime jump into something else

there will always be Google updates. it's been this way for years, nearly decades now. just keep building, it's the only way forward

Buy 5 VPS and come back with 5 new websites 1 per VPS.

Buy more 2 domains and work from your home PC with them.

7 Domains, do not connect nothing, work separately on each without any PBN or anything.

Just blast backlinks manually from public sources and keep your focus to trends and hot topics.

Make good thumbnails so people can start sharing across social media. Let others do the job for you.

It's good to take a break sometimes to re-analyze. Trust me, when you get back, you will have more momentum. Though I feel your traffic might have dropped as a result of algorithm updates, technical issues, and content quality issues, To recover, you can analyze your SEO performance and try to work on creating quality content. Also, check your website for any technical issues that could hinder the user experience, and do not forget to promote your website.

G has been fking SEO community for 20+ years now

Even when you make it to the top, they find a way to do mostly zero click searches

Scrape your content and show it on their property

It's getting worse too. Now they wanna route all traffic through Google so they control all web traffic.

Donno what can be done. IMO some regulation is way overdue

Diversify. Don't put all of your eggs into one basket that a third party has full control of. This is one revenue stream, now start working on a totally different one.

we always reach that point when we see that nothing works, if you give you some time and relax you will get some ideas, try to use this time and take care of your self and return with fresh ideas.

Knowing when to give up is actually a strength.
Good on you OP, find something that works out for you. All the best !
Dear, you are so wise. I love you :*

I know (every seo guy know :( ) how frustrated you are. before making your decision think what other options you have and hold on to your hope
