You might be in a better position than you think, because now you realize it take next level skills to reach success. Get those skills and take action.
Keep eyes on the prize (also look in the rear mirror so you know where you don't want to end up) and honestly admit what you lack (in skills) to reach it. Then put in the work.
What you are describing is not failure, it's a necessary step and if you don't come to such moments again and again, well, you will never grow (your business).
Only way you fail here is if you don't own this moment and do what it takes to reach next level.
