Has anyone here experienced that the viewing range for YouTube Live Streaming has stopped?

No but watch your YouTube Studio dashboard for strikes if your live stream stopped. Your access to live streaming can be resumed if you resolve the mentioned issues.

I live streamed for 6 hours but only got 300 reach, no warning at all, before one week ago

No, never seeing anything like that as you were already recommended check the dashboard or maybe is a visual bug.
