I provide CASH for JV

Hey fellow hatters,

I have found my most fun and profitable business relationships to be in the form of JV's. Is fun and satisfying to build or scale a business up. My background is both offline and online. I have developed real estate projects worth 10+ million. I've raised capital for these projects in the millions, so I am used to dealing with and managing big projects.

In addition to my real estate background, I've also become very involved in CPA and other online ventures over the last couple years.

I'm college educated, married for 10+ years with children = STABLE

Why do I tell you this? I just want you to know a little bit about me, and what you would get in a JV partner. Usually my Jv's last a couple years, and then either one of us buys the other out, or we sell. Some of my best friends and closes business relationships have come from this forum.

What do I have to offer? Money, for one. If you've got a venture that either needs cash to scale up, or a proven idea, but lacking funding, I can be a godsend for you. I prefer a more hands-off JV partnership, but I'm also very adept at managing projects. I've got a team of outsource workers ready to go. I've got dedicated servers and sources for just about everything you could think of.

What am I looking for? Specifically, JV opportunities that can make each of us at least 1000/day. I generally do 50/50 JV's. I DONT do adult stuff, but other than that, if it is a repeatable process that can be SCALED up, I"m very interested.

If you are a MAILER, I'm specifically interested in setting up a long term JV with a mailing expert. Anyway, I've got the cash and time to work with the right person. I am experienced at building businesses to the 1m revenue mark fairly quickly, and would be interested in looking at your proposal with an eye towards how it could be scaled up.

Hey, thanks for everyone who's responded. I wanted to update this thread.

I've already got a very good JV partnership with CPA, and I dont like to 'double dip' when I already have a partner in a niche, so please dont contact me if your idea is to do CPA, as I've got that partnership taken care of.

If it's something else, I'm totally open and would love to hear from you.

it's mid november, 2009 and I wanted to bump this thread and share that I am again looking for an exceptional JV partner...

I'm specifically interested CPA, and I'd be very interested in running an offer thru the cpa networks as an advertiser....I'd like to work with a partner who already has experience being an advertiser ideally so we could minimize the learning curve on the front end...

Anyway, I could fund part/full as well as do a lot of the work with my outsource team...it's just a matter of looking at each of our skill sets, and resources, and coming up with a plan...
