I program websites and bots

• User sign up, login, password reset
• CSV upload
• Use the CSV to query an API
• Return JSON results and display them in a sortable table (I'm thinking this would look something like an Airtable)
• Allow the user to access that dataset again via URL
• Allow the user to upload and repeat the same process as many times as they want

• What would a person expect to pay for something like that?
• How would you structure an efficient and cost effective paid test to evaluate if this freelancer will do a good job building the app?
• Any other tips for making sure I hire the right person, communicate the project clearly, and make sure I have a tool that still works a year or so down the line?
