I probably need windows vps, but dont know anything about it

Hello, I need to broadcast many fake webcam videos for my new method, but so far only managed to broadcast three different videos at time from my PC and here at BHW I got suggestion to buy windows vps. Problem is that I never did that, don't know where to find those cheapest ones and also dont know if I can upload files and install my own programs that would run 24/7 on those vpss. Can anyone give me some suggestion for cheap vps and answer if I can install there my own programs? Thanks for any help

It depends on what are you planning to do with that VPS. The best source to find VPS offers is lowendbox.com (there you will find linux and winboxes offers). Some specific providers of windows vps are burst dot net and recently I got one with up2vps wich is not bad at all.

I want to install programs like manycam or webcam max, upload few webcam videos, then in browser connect to webcam chat sites. The rest I dont wanna share. But I do not even know if something like this is possible. I probably need vps with windows 7, but only seen some with windows server which is operating system I have never even seen.
