i got everything now in Hong Kong and The Netherlands and my host & registrar just reply that DMCA does not apply in there country.

i was #1 for "butt licking anal whores 10 rapidshare" on google.
but the copyright owner is now DMCA google to get my links off.

i get alot of my traffic from long ass keywords like that on google

this is fuckin killing me.

without the quotes

i rank top ten for a shitload of them keywords

youd think the copyright owners got better shit to do than to DMCA google.

Well if you can get away with it on your hosts end consider setting up a chain of fallback sites so that as soon as one link goes down you initiate the second site. As far as I know DMCA takes a while to send and verify the request which means you should have a few weeks before each link goes down and to get the second site started. Also, your hosts I'm sure after a while will get sick of having you if you keep sending trouble their way so keep an eye out for that and have backups and be ready to move.

my host is good. ive got multiple servers through them.
right now im hosted in the netherlands and if there is complaints in the netherlands my sites are mirrored onto a hong kong server by them nightly & if they have any problems from netherlands authorities i can just switch my dns to the hong kong server and keep right on going.

the bad thing is the latency to hong kong is crap compared to the netherlands.
