I was thinking the other day. I own a few good blogs with let's say 100 + blogs on them of high quality - post counts all in region of 700-1500 words and all with say 4/6 images which are credited correctly. The blogs also got decent enough html structure h1 h2 some to h3. You get the point, these are real websites, driving traffic. The blog posts all have scheduled content, one released at a specific time each day / day of the week, just like a professional would do it and they never miss a beat, haven't done. The content and pictures are engaging and there is no attempt to sell on them and no advertising banners etc. No ads at all. They are all connected in my google webmaster tools and all have google analytics on them. After how many posts do you think it's OK to take a backlink to your one of your money sites? I mean at what point does google accept it's cheeky but the greater good is the content provided to the user, not the back link itself? I mean who builds 100 + blog posts to make traffic for the single purpose of 1 back link to their main money site right? When does google stop caring, especially if the blogs and money site are niche related. opinions?
