I own 2 premium domains

I hope this is the right place for my post, if not, I'm sorry in advance.
This is my first post here, I've been watching this community for a long time and learned precious stuff.
I'll tell you a 'blabla' story before going into the subject. I did some mistakes I'm not proud of and I'm paying for them...not for long I'd like to believe haha.
Banks are looking for into my accounts and take almost everything they see, I'm in debt. hardcore.
I own 2 premium domains, one is 5 years old, the other one is 2 years old. I never used them so don't ask about traffic. One is adult related (feet) and I have a GREAT idea for it which I'm 100% sure it will bring million$$$
IDK if I am allowed to post them here, so until a mod gives me persmission, I won't.
I worked in branding/marketing and I've tried to get into social media a bit, I can bring traffic with no fuss.

For the adult domain: Since my web dev skills are limited to wordpress and my idea wouldn't work on it, how can I monetize my domain with little to none costs? I can't afford to pay a web dev. I don't know web dev. I barely afford a 2$ webhost. I contacted some porn (related to my domain) companies in order to sell it, but their email address isn't even working (2 companies, same group). Also, a group from Czech which I will not name for personal reasons offered 20k for it in december, but I had money back then (you can say I'm poor now) and had no real reason to sell it.

For the other domain which is ehmmm health / diet / nutrition(?!) related I thought of affiliate marketing, but I'm in no hurry with it, I had a 6k offer which I turned down few years ago (stupid me).

I don't want to use afternic, dan, etc to sell the domains, I can't afford to promote them and (already happend) will end up on page 218519385986 with little to none views.

So, I'm asking for some tips, what should I do? Especially for the adult one.

if you can generate constant quality traffic the rest is easy.... or easier I should say.

I'm not into adult stuff, so I dodn't know what to recommend other than promoting CPA / adult stuff, but that probably takes money for SEO as I doubt that social media (well, instagram / facebook mostly since I assume that's what you'll focus on) allows adult content. Many years ago there was a network called Plentyfish... or Plenty-of-fish or something, that was the go-to monetization solution for everyone in the adult industry. I don't know whether that network still exist, though and what they're paying. Hopefully someone can help you out with this niche....

Regarding your other domain, again, if you can generate traffic the health / nutrition niches are pretty big, and social media traffic is good for these niches. Just put a site up (you said you know WP, so you should have a site up and running within days), publish some content and start getting traffic. Since those domains are so good (judging by the offers you've had) and with the constant traffic you'll get from social media you might even get some long tail traffic from google, despite of the fact that is hard to rank in the health niche... With good content and some good keyword research I think it's worth a try....

As for monetization, the health niche is pretty big so you will be able to find a ton of monetization options, from digital products (ebooks, reports, etc) to physical products (amazon, cj, etc.) to CPA offers (weight loss offers, recipes / nutrition offers, etc.) to display ads or Adsense (although Adsense is not good with social traffic, you might first want to get most of your traffic from google before applying for Adsense), to email marketing.... there are plenty of monetization options in this niche, honestly. You just focus on having good content on your site and getting a constant flow of monthly traffic, and the monetization can be added later....

You can also buy Jr. Vip membership on BHW (you will need to have 100 posts minimum, though to become Jr. Vip) and then create a BST in the marketplace to sell the domains if you have some $150 (maybe less than that) to pay for the membership + BST, and if the domains are as good as you say they are I'm sure that one of the 1,000,000+ members of this forum will be interested in acquiring them

I've been in debt once... not a huge debt but I felt the pressure and, more importantly, I was able to see who my real friends were when I was really strapped financially and this has changed my perspective on life and people....
