So, I've been in the custom wallpaper/wall mural business for almost 3 years. I've done a ton of schools, businesses, and homes all over the country. Which is cool. But we launched a webstore almost a year ago and I've yet to sell a retail mural or wall paper.

This is what we have. Murals and wallpaper printed on reusable vinyl (like the FatHead line but for the entire wall). All the designs were created in house.

Google: Magic Wall Wrap

I'm just trying to get some help to see what I should do differently to get these things selling.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Came across your post just today. I think found what the problem is: you're not ranked for any of your keywords except for one, wall wrap. The rest of the keywords are not even in Google's top 100 results. I checked for the following (taken from your meta keyword info on your webpage):
mural...Not In Top 100
murals...Not In Top 100
custom wallpaper...Not In Top 100
school mural...Not In Top 100
mural school...Not In Top 100
mural for school...Not In Top 100
muralist...Not In Top 100
wall wrap...Not In Top 100
wall decor...Not In Top 100
wall covering...Not In Top 100
unique wall decor...Not In Top 100

You need some SEO done for your site.
"school mural" is a very competitive keyword, will require a lot of seo (852 pages returned in Google for exact search. Anything above 700 is very competitive.)
"mural for school" has almost no competition and should be easy to rank for.
"wall murals" is also very competitive with 700 pages returned in Google for exact search.
"wall mural" is very doable with only 505 pages returned for the exact search, medium competition, BUT it's still a Research Keyword and not a Buying Keyword.

Hope this helps and maybe explains why you're not getting a lot of web traffic and online sales. The cost per click (CPC) for these words is not all that expensive. In fact, "mural for school" and "mural school" is probably .05-.10 a click.

Google shows the following monthly traffic estimates, but I wouldn't waste my time with words like mural, murals, or wall decor because they're not Buying Keywords; they're Research Keywords. Go for the ones that people search to BUY.
Keyword Local Monthly Searches mural 246,000 murals 246,000 custom wallpaper 8,100 school mural 2,400 mural school 2,400 mural for school 2,400 muralist 12,100 wall wrap 1,000 wall decor 201,000 wall covering 74,000 unique wall decor 880 wall murals 90,500 wall mural 135,000

I agree, you need to be at the top of Google for people who are searching for your product. Read up on SEO.

This was a table when I created it. It should have rendered,

Ok, I feel you. I'm on this site quite a bit learning about different aspects of SEO. But that's not my area of expertise.
We're working on licensing this product. So I'm trying to make a decision on whether to create a new company where we focus on schools/commercial and let the company we license to worry about the sale of Magic Wall Wrap.
But then again, ranking high for keywords, would put more cash in my pocket on the front and back end.
What do you guys think I'm looking at from a cost perspective?
