Couple of weeks ago, I got a two copyright notices from gmail and webmasters message center. Well basically I just ignored it and just took down two affected pages.

Just today, I can no longer access my gmail account even if I tried verification via mobile text/call and email. It just says I have tried verifying multiple times and can't be verified at this time. What's worse? I got my hosting/domain/web 2.0's, social media accounts verified on this fuc**ng gmail account! Oh and by the way my ADSENSE account. Yes I have been playing for more than two years with adsense and some copyrighted materials and been earning relatively "OK" (at least $200 a month).

A costly lesson i got :

Adsense + Copyrighted material download was OK in my part not until my account was banned. I don't know if it still does work with other webmasters out there.

Primary Email to be used should be other than GMAIL.

looks like you got yourself into this situation,

Contact gmail support and see if you can get your account back.

Support is useless.. It just let's you sign up forms which leads to nowhere...

call them. it might take an hour or but you could get your email back.

To no avail.

Ok I'm moving on and leaving Gmail as my primary email account. Switching to yahoo instead.

i have a primary account (not gmail) for the important stuff like Adsense, hosting, domain provider ect ......
don't mix it up with anything which can be a danger to stay save.

That would be useless in my opinion. Do you guys know anyone who got his Adsense account unbanned? Me neither.

I'm confused. Are you saying that Google didn't just ban your adsense account, then blocked your access to Gmail?

Exactly.

I got a youtube channel that was earning and one day (i was paid and I have connected it with my adsense account (not yt hosted) )... I wasn't able to log in... Then next, I couldn't log in to gmail and asked me for verification. A week or so later, I got my account suspended. Total shit I know but I got to live with it. But what is so unique about this is that I can still log in to facebook using that email and facebook asked for an alternate email before I could log in. Wow I am just amazed how facebook was so quick at checking live/dead accounts right away.
