I no longer can use paypal violating acceptable use policy? Help please

If your product is physically shipped and you get a proof of shipping that can be tracked, then accept Paypal. If your product or service is non-physical / digital product, then better NOT accept Paypal, otherwise you will end up working only for free.

But, if Paypal CLEARLY states that account has been PERMANENTLY limited, then such an account CANNOT be reinstated. Yes, any withheld amount in a PERMANENTLY limited account in SOME cases may be returned back to that account holder.
But, if Paypal CLEARLY states that account has been PERMANENTLY limited, then such an account CANNOT be reinstated.
