I need your thoughts.

Hello, this is a forum I have been following for a long time, but I registered today. The reason I joined is to use it regularly and to get your opinions because I need money. I live in Turkey and I am a big gambling addict. Because of this addiction, I have debts, and I need an urgent amount of $400, although it's not a huge sum. Do you think I have a chance to earn this money through online jobs within a week?

Things I can do:

• Beginner to intermediate level Photoshop
• Maybe a bit of video editing
• Setting up a control panel site on a Linux server
• WordPress installation and theme settings
• Also tasks like product entry and similar work.

What do you think about this? I would appreciate any ideas you have that could help me.

Not going to happen.

Even if $400 isn't a lot, it means you should start securing customers at this very moment... it's not going to happen.

$400 a week is $1600 a month - people spend years to start earning this much with their online ventures, things you listed aren't that rare either so you don't have any upper hand anywhere.

You can find some part-time jobs on Amazon Mechanical Turk. Although the rewards for the tasks are relatively low, the volume is large.

Try to use your skills to make money from opening a service on paltforms like fiverr

It takes a lot to admit the struggle with gambling, and that's already a big step forward.

I hope you can focus on tackling that first... it'll make everything else, including making money, more manageable in the long run.

It won't be easy to get $400 in a week if you don't have anything to invest and you don't have a valuable asset (like a Fiverr account with multiple reviews)

Thank you. Gambling addiction is really as bad as drug addiction and it pulls a person down.

Achieving the amount of money you want within a week might not be certain, but within 1-2 months, it’s possible if you work at least 6-8 hours a day. Start by creating profiles on all freelancing platforms that match your technical skills.

Talk about gambling addiction on Youtube and use AI voiceover or pitch your own if you sound bad.

Use video editing skills and photoshop to create content and thumbnails.

You can also interact with Crypto niche a lot, and talk about the hottest topic in the world along.

Won't get you $400 right away, but you can start walking the road, which is more important than $400 (although perhaps you can't see it right now)

no. it wont help you. why? because you have an addiction. with any addiction, it controls us. we don't control IT. even if you made $400 or whatever you think you need, you would just gamble it away because of your addiction AND because you will have the mindset that if you can place a $200 bet and double it, you would have the $400 you think you need.

what you WANT and what you NEED are two very different things. what you said you want is that you want $400 to pay off debts. what you actually need right now is to focus on helping yourself out of your addiction so that it isn't controlling you anymore. right now you have the wrong mindset for anything you want to do. if you get your addiction under control which means ABSOLUTELY NO GAMBLING EVER AGAIN IN YOUR LIFETIME, then you have the chance to get in to the right mindset to not only make $400 online, but to eventually make more than that, be able to have a savings, be able to do more of what you want to do in this life and MEANT to do in this life, and be happy and fulfilled.

If you just want to make $400, I think it’s not too difficult to find a client who needs web design services and design a website for them for $400. Search on facebook groups about web design in your country, I often find extra work that way and always find a few clients every week.

Lots of courage. You have already crossed the first one which is to recognise your addiction. This is already to be congratulated. Now if you can continue to train to have even more to offer as a service it will be a good thing
