Hello BHW. I want Buy 6 MNS site from Sales section and i need your opinion, which tools must i buy, to easy and fast rank MN sites. Currently I own Senuke X and Scrapebox. I need your help. I'm 13 Years Old and I'm New In Seo. I need your help and give me A good strategy to start Small business. I've 300$ to start and thinking about Buying 6 MNS site and Tools, to rank them.

6 MNS is a lot to start out with. Why not try 1-2 for now, get your strategy down, then expand?
 
Think before you buy.. now a days adsense account banned without any notification
 
I suggest you take some time before you buy a full site. Buy a MN keyword and content and set up a site yourself. Since you asked about the tools, I presume you don't have much SEO knowledge. If that's the case, learn some manual SEO first with your self-developed site. Use your site as an experiment/test for what seo you are learning. After you feel confident about serp movement, go for buying more.
