I need your opinion

I have bought some pva gmail accounts from a seller then make adwords account out of it.
After a day all accounts are suspended and needs to re-verify again because of unusual activities on the accounts based on what google prompt when I tried to log in to the accounts.
Was that my fault or should the seller be responsible to accommodate my needs to re-verify those accounts again? The seller is a bit hesitant to help me because he told me that was my fault.

It happened because you entered them from a different IP address. It always behave like this.
If you have a chance to verify it - it will not ask for verification again.

You need to use same country IP and same User Agent when you login to accs
