So here is what happened :-

Some months back I bought a instagram account with og email everything was good.
Now what happened is I wanted to change the password of the og email but the email is list.ru (mail.ru) and I've enabled 2fa authentication.
There is authentication app of the ru mail, I didn't understood back then because most of the things was written in Russian, so I didn't enabled the 2fa app(there is a 32 digit code you have to put in the 2fa app,to enable it I didn't put)
Now when i try to login they are asking me code from the 2fa app(the app gives you code whenever you login) I asked the support that I don't have the app setuped and u can't get the code, they said to me that give you name, dob, etc I said that I have the recovery email and phone number but they want name, dob, etc,
I'm not the original owner of the email so I don't know these things, I've tried reverse email look up but free ones are bs and paid ones are are only taking money from the usa. Now how should I get the list.ru(mail.ru) username, dob, etc? Please help me
