I need your help - purchased dedicated server and all ips are blacklisted

Hello people,

two days ago i have purchased dedicated server from http://volumedrive.com and today i have finally received it and here comes the problem,

each and every IP is blacklisted on multiple antispam filters for heavy spamming and even hacking, phishing, ddosing and a lot other illegal stuff.

I have sent them many emails and they are not responding, seems like they don't care, and the worst of all is that in their TOS they strictly says that they do not issue a refund, yep you can be unsatisfied as much as you want but no refund.

What the fuck should i do now ? I have payed with PayPal, what do you think will they help me with dispute or they won't give a fuck either ?

I have purchased this shitty server because of my email marketing campaigns and i received biggest shit i could buy.

just backup all your info, move to different provider and call your credit-card bank and cancel your payment.
if this provider have heavy spammers hosted most likely all his subnets are dirty so replacing the IP not going to do any good...

It's volumedrive.. there a cheap budget company if you look on wht there's hundred's of complaints and it doesn't surprise me one bit that all there ip's are blacklisted. and good luck getting any response from them. charge back is the only way.

Like was already said backup your stuff and move it. File a dispute with Paypal and explain that they gave you a server that has been heavily used for spam making it useless to you and that they won't respond to your inquiries. It's a crap shoot with paypal disputes.

You can try PayPal dispute but your chances of winning are slim to none. I've posted many times you never fund webhosting with PayPal existing funds. ALWAYS remove all your money from PayPal and fund with a credit card. PayPal almost NEVER sides with the buyer on webhosting. I got screwed 3 times last year before I learned my lesson. The last one, I paid, waited a week and the SOB never gave me the server. Nothing! No response and nothing for my money. I filed the dispute and lost with a message from PayPal that they will not cover intangibles. Now when I order anything of serious money it's transfer all my funds to the Bank and then fund with CC. Good luck but I'd say you're screwed.

I did find it funny that you ordered a server for spamming and now pissed someone beat you to blacklisting the IPs on the host. You guys are making it tough on legitimate buyers wanting servers for ecommerce and need clean IPs. With the current IP4 shortage I'm sure hosts will only get more strict on email ability on their IPs. These honeypot and tarpits are a bitch to get IPs removed. I know some hosts are charging serious money if you get one of their IPs listed on those RBLs.

Good luck but always read reviews on WHT about these low budget hosts. Some is pure BS but a lot is very true.

Hi guys thanks a lot for a help, but they have assigned new ips to my server and now it's working good.

Unfortunately their support is not the best ,and they are really slow, but on the other side, server prices are really low .
