Yes, you can start to read about BHW, It will help you a lot also just you can get find on Google about what you have required and read the relevant blog posts about blogging and SEO. If you have got the knowledge about it then you can build your website in a right way without any issues. All the best for your blogging journey!

If you creat a blog to make money, I think you should buy hosting and domain. Blogger is not really easy to SEO.

First try to bring some traffic to your blog and then you can implement google adsense to generate money from your blog. To do that you need to follow certain SEO techniques like:
Try to add your focus keywords in every content you are publishing on your blog;
1. Add your focus keywords in your URL of your blog
2. Add your focus keywords ( at least two) in the very beginning paragraph of your blog post
3. And one keyword in every paragraph of your content ( that is, add one keyword in every paragraph starting from second paragraph)
4. Add two main focus keyword in the last paragraph of your content.
5. Add your focus keyword in the Image alt attributes.
Hope this will bring SEO method of adding keyword will bring some traffic to your blog and once you hit feasible traffic and then your are ready to make money from your blog.

If you ask us, i'd say weight loss and viral news, you start with that write articles, SEO, traffic, ect and then use adsense.

Before you get AdSense approval you should ready your blog first by:
-Providing HIGH-QUALITY content (unique and well-written)
-Optimize your blog post by adding meta tags (Meta title and description tag) and make it SEO friendly
-Have sufficient contents (make it 15-30 blog post on the whole blog / 3-4 post in every category, tag and page. Post should be at least 500-600 words.)
-Your blog domain should be at least 6months old
-Apply using your root domain
-Be careful in choosing images for your content (Adsense hates copyrighted images)
-Incorporate your blog with beautiful design and great structure. Make it look more professional and easy to navigate. Make it fast and mobile friendly.
-Make sure your blog is not blocked by Google
-Add Privacy, Contact Us, About Us Page
-And most importantly, make sure you did not post any Adsense prohibited contents on your blog such as adult contents, drug-related contents, violent contents, hacking cracking contents and other illegal contents...
