I need your advice. How can I scale this?

I have an flash games arcade website that makes me anywhere from $5 to $15 a day.

The site receives around 200-400 unique visitors daily, all organic and return visitors, average spent time on the site is 5 minutes.

What can I do to scale this? Or, what can I do to increase my earnings?

My method of earning is through AdSense.

All help is greatly appreciated.

Build some backlinks and try to rank for some keywords.

The $5 to $15 per day -- is that from advertisements or similar?

The first thing I'd recommend is to add some kind of real/tangible product that you can sell through the site. For example, an affiliate link to a particular computer mouse or keyboard.

Put a message at the bottom of each page / on the sidebar / other that says like "mama mia this mouse is so good for playing flash games please buy it so I can get affiliate $$$."

as you using adsense and games can keep users on website for more time, try to increase the average time. so there will be more chances of add clicks. you can add more games and also rank your website on that keywords users searching for.

I love it when people share their niche it's so much easier to help them. Could you join the g2a or cd keys affiliate program? Maybe start building an email list too. If it's games like street fighter would they purchase funny street fighter t-shirts etc? Also could you have a Facebook comment box and get them to tag their friends with their scores, a bit of friendly competition. They are going to be clicking buttons if they are playing games so perhaps look into pop under networks. Hope that helps

He is talking about flash games so g2a doesn't really relate imho. What you could do is reach out to someone and get more new/popular games for your site. Maybe you could also try to rank some new games if you feel they will become popular. Once you have good traffic you could get some games that are exclusive to your site if you have good relationships with devs and publishers. Otherwise I guess social media etc to grow your traffic. Merch would require thousands of users not hundreds.

E: Facebook to share scores as jamie3000 said is a great idea as well
