I need you Help about Copier competitor

I come here to cry out my call for help.

Indeed, I launched an innovative product 1 year ago, everything went well, i made a buzz in europe and orders on my site were very good.

But a copier arrived since 6 month. This person just copied my idea by changing a few details to avoid being considered as a counterfeit.

Every things, every article sI post on my site is copied 2 weeks later with some modifications.

He uses the same royalty-free photos I post on my social network, use the same hashtags. He like and add in friends all the people who are related to loans or far to my brand.

When I look at his site and his social networks it's just me 2 weeks before, it's obvious!

I live a calvary because I do all the work and the person simply modifies a few details 2 weeks and harvests the orders.

I try every day to innovate so that the person has difficulties to copy me, I even came to go from "Made in Spain" to "made in France" and as by chance the person just announced that she will produce now in France.

I tried all the legal means to protect myself and avoid the intellectual theft.

I know there are a lot of smart people here who have had to deal with this kind of problem, so here I come to make a call for help.

What can I do to turn the situation around and lower the guard of this copier? (i can paid for help and accept black hat method)

Ok, but for something a little more conventional, how is this person "stealing your customers"? Just because they are cloning your every move, shouldn't you have recognizable brand? Call them out, put up photos calling them out to your followers(include that they may have given you herpes at a bus stop romantic meeting), and make sure your followers can recognize the brand. Don't try to neg SEO or anything, instead focus on your brand and brand recognition. Brag you have imitators, increase your prices slightly because of it. Now, this only really works if you're a brand and not just a dropshipper playing big.

He contact all people from my social network and buy my brand name on google adword to be first on seo.
Yes i have a recognizable brand but im working hard to change and innovating every time and he only wait and copy, this real enerv me.
I dont really want to speak about this competitor to my customer because i think more than 30% dont know him, i dont want to give him a HQ free ads ..

We are really a brand not a dropshipping, i just come from his website and now he write on his social network and website title "First brand of "my niche" in Europe" LOL :/

Call them out, on your Facebook page, on Twitter, on Instagram, heck, do it on fricking MySpace(I still post 1x a month there). Make a meme "_x_x_ is just a knockOFF, stay with us for the knockOUT quality" or some other cheesey thing. Keep calling him out, get in a Twitter flame war, YouTube rap battle, monkey cage poop flinging challenge...whatever, but get nasty, call them out for inferior quality(if they are a knockOFF it better be lower quality), call them out for lies, post your posts(with date) beside their posts(with date highlighted) showing they are a copycat.

Is your brand/product legally registered in your country via a trademark/patent? If it is, you can contact Facebook and Google on the pretense that someone is violating the rights you hold for the product by imitating you. I guarantee they'll take action against the imitator in this case.

Hello yes my brand is protected but he change some detail to avoid be considered as a counterfeit. In fact, he surf on the borderline, this is what it's nervous me more ...

Need you help

Share on your website and social media accounts a post, where you clearly state that your product/ services are being copied by some fake company and that your customers should not trust them. It will help at least to protect your current visitors/ customers and make them think twice before they order from any other source.
