I need a Wordpress plugin that will let me track clicks and also obscure links. I'm not sure if N**J* Affiliate is what I need or if there is something better.

What you are looking for is a WP Plugin that can cloak your affiliate link and also has statistics that you can tell your conversion rate right? N**J* Affiliate is indeed very useful but it is a paid tool. Meanwhile I found this great plugin that almost do the same. Why not try it?

Search this plugin over WordPress Plugin Directory. "Go Codes".
