I need wordpress help

i need all steps by steps to get the plugin section in me free webpress account.com!!!!

so please before comenting put me all the steps by steps to follow not some comments so this do that !!!!

In the FREE wordpress account, you CANNOT use plugins due to the WP security concerns.

It is because of the security concerns, you will not find the plugins section in your free WP account.

If you want to use plugins in Wordpress, then you must have it on your own hosting (purchase webhosting and install wordpress on it.).
