I need some guidance on this. My website was ranking on the first page for several important keywords a few months back. However, recently I’ve noticed that my rankings have dropped for those same keywords.

What are the best strategies to regain and maintain my keyword positions?

· Should I update my existing content or create new supporting articles?

· Do I need to build more high-quality backlinks for those specific keywords?

· How important is technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, fixing broken links) in recovering lost rankings?

So the basically I don't have any paid SEO Tools and I'm dong every thing alone and my compotator Are hampering my Keywords "Dignity Health" and my other keywords "Dignity whey" is getting hampered by my own group company brand. Also My owner wanted me to rank for Whey Protein as soon as possible and I'm sure you will understand this is not possible, Like I have joined the company 2 Months a go and they wants me to rank for "whey protein" keywords and even Dignity health keywords that is not possible. So some one had told me about the forum so i came here asking for help from people like you. If you have paid tools Please let me know what i am doing wrong in my SEO and how I should target my keywords. Like My Branch page is ranking n the second page and even my About us page us to rank for Dignity health keywords at second page at 08, 09, 10, 11, 13, sometime but still my Home page didn't rank for Dignity Health. so what do you thing what could be the real reason for this. Please help me bro if you can help me my job will be safe else it will be gone.

Even if you know Grey hat or black hat please teach me if you can or give me some tips practically.
