I'm looking for a solid seller who has ATI/nVidia video cards and iPads with a reasonable price in an original packaging.

for ipads try liquidation dot com there are a few sellers on there that always have a huge stock of ipads being sold. All legit.

edit: just checked the site now and doesnt seem to be much stock at the moment except salvage ones. But you should check often because they usually have plenty of A and B grade ones available.
