Can you provide Vcc that can be reload anytime any day with card statement?
I need to supply so marketer's in my country and we need vcc to evict the payment issue we are having.
Function requests
Reloadable anytime
Visa card
Billing Adress for the card holder
Low fees for card and reloading (Because we are buying much)
Must be active on skype
Must be open for questions
