I need VCC for PayPal verification

Hi everyone I am having issues sending funds from a new account, it keeps telling me payment denied. I am sure it's because it's not verified. I need someone to help with a VCc or help me transfer the funds out. Thanks

Its not because of unverified. its because if you are using vpn or proxy or logging in from a country where paypal is not accepted. Vpn/vps give hosting ip address which makes problem.

Please what do I have to do? I actually use vpn

1. Make account from real name and address.
1. Use paid vpn.
2. Get small funds in start like just $5 to $10 maxium every 2 3 days. Once you have good transaction history. Sending error will remove automatically after 2 3 months. This is my personal experience.
