Twitter Supremacy isn't designed to check accounts but you could load 1k+ accounts, assign an IP and attempt to send a Tweet.
Each account would respond Login Error or Tweeted.

Did you Try Twitter Money Bot FREE VERSION?
Not sure but I think I remember it having that Feature.
Haven't used it in awhile so don't really know if it's still being updated or what but it's FREE so guess you could give it a try.

Using Twidium Inviter. He can check many accounts - counts followers, followings, tweets, suspend/not suspend

You know what I really hate? cheap people.
I've seen software and it's price is actually pretty LOW.
Everyone think's coding stuff up is like typing in MS word.. if it would so easy we would have to not worry about SEO at all. All would be automated and doing autopilot 24/7 !
As for post subject - simple script will check your logins in 5mins.

I have tools (using PHP) on my website for mass check twitter account, but you can't check that many accounts at once since I hosted it on shared hosting.
