I need Traffic!!

Hi,

I launched a site this week for my wife. I used ankur420420's service to register with the search engines etc., but we are STILL not getting any traffic.

Does anyone have any ideas? I need traffic quick!! IF I can't get this to work, I need to hang up my Black hat boots!!

ANY help appreciated!!

Buy the traffic if it is that urgent. Not sure what kind of search engine traffic you were expecting in the first week. Also not sure who ankur420420 is but I don't think he is a magician.
 
Time to role up your sleeves and get to work, there are a ton of ways to pull traffic, all of them different and all of them last for various lengths of time.

EX. You could do classified ads, might get traffic real quick, but it only last for so long or as long as your on the first page towards the top, has to be maintained frequently but traffic is quick depending on your approach.

EX. You could build kw targeted squids, hubs etc. to target SE traffic, and build to take first page in google, might take some time but will last longer, not as frequently maintained, simple backlinking and on page seo should pull the first page and some rss and quick crawled sites linking to yours should index you pretty fast.

EX. Or you could throw some money at adwords, pray you have your buyer keywords figured out ahead of time, and grab some quick traffic, possible sales. It's a gamble if you haven't got all you ducks in a row.

Conclusion. There is no right answer, only what works for you and doesn't burn you out.

P.S. Don't waste your time registering with SE's, it's a joke. No traffic will ever come from this.

Depends on the niche but try youtube vids , write articles and press releases dump your stuff on scribd then bookmark the crap out of all of it and cross bookmark the stuff your bookmarking - if its got a feed ping it and if thats got a feed ping that too
 
If you need quick traffic then buy it. A lot of people think a service to register with the search engines will somehow get you magic results. I'm not saying it won't bring you a little traffic but not anywhere near enough to produce the results you want.

This is a business and just like any other business you need to advertise to let people know you exist. I wasted 2 years on free methods until I figured out to succeed you need to become a traffic master to make good money. Once you do you'll never be the same again.
 
I'm not sure what kind of content you have on your site, but if it applies, try posting some videos on YouTube, Dailymotion, ect.

In my experience, I've received high volumes of traffic just for posting related videos linking back to your site.

Try video services such as tubemogul.com to upload videos to multiple sites all at once.

Not white hat traffic. White in a sense of non targetted and hence contain all color.

all the traffic company can just give u traffic but , 80% of it will be non targeted traffic ...
so if u got products to sale on the website ... u should try adwords for quality traffic :)
 
Well, buying taffic will not help ya at all. Do the work your own or get a good SEO like me :P.

Traffic selling companies does nothing....they are kind of pay per click sites, they will add your website in their list and will force their users to click on your website link, Thats it ! !. Say for example, you have joined a pay per click programm and you get few site to click in member area. What you will do is click on website (you are forced to click on ! to earn money), and will open a new tab (coz that site should remain opened for atleast few seconds, you wanna earn) and check your emails (you are not interested in watching the site at all, you are clicking coz, you are getting paid for doing that).

I would advise you to write a good unique article, submit it to good article submission sites (that i will not tell :P). submit to press release/News, Do blog commenting, directory submission, forum postings, yahoo answers, use google/yahoo group, social book mark etc. Nobody can stop about 100-500 visitors daily to your website.
 
I suggest you to go for SEO services like ******** Blog Commenting service, as well as Press release service, And for traffic, it should be organic,

So i suggest you to go for related forum posting with a signature, as well as yahoo answers will also bring you a better traffic for your website.

Actually, nextgenseo is mostly correct with all the suggestions, but I have found some real good traffic companies, with real human traffic and not ppc's or auto-surf. The traffic came in nice and slow, they way it's supposed to!
 
Just keep on updating your site and ping your site for updates.
