I need to view CPA offers in the US?

My proxy's don't seem to work since they redirect me to another offer so they must be detected or something, web proxy's do the same or give me a 404 error. i just need to view the cpa offers i'm promoting, could i do this with tor? or if somebody could link me a free working vpn i'd be grateful, i have looked in the proxy section and currently i have no paypal hence doing cpa and cant afford vpn.

Couple of options really, but the easiest and cheapest since it's free, is to just use AOL. You can either use the built in browser with version 9.1 and older, or you can use this tutorial that Christian wrote out: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...l-free-united-states-vpn-via-aol-desktop.html That will essentially give you a free VPN from the USA.
