I need to use drive video method with proxy for illegal site

I saw some one was talking but i didn't get how to make it exactly i have a tube site illegal one and i don't like to use doodstream so i need to use a way to solve this the solution was
To upload videos on drive and get link then and this is the most important step is to use proxy i don't know how to use it or install it
