I need to send mass emails using outlook SMTP

I have rotating proxies and thousands of oyutlook accounts with smtp enabled i can send 300 from each of them per day and most will go to inboix

i need a software to do this does anyone iknow about it?

There are lots of open-source codes for that. A little tweak is what you need to do with those.
