Any advice what tool should i use?
I heard public accounts has daily limits.
How should i do it to reduce chances to get to spam folder?)

I will appreciate any help.

PS No spam.
Well... a little bit.
Email list is handpicked and highly targeted to my letter.

I'm able to pay for really quality tools if i need to.
I just dont know where to start

U can use bulk email sender or senblaster 2.

Yeah mailchimp is good but expensive and worth it

Or try to rent an smtp server
