Yea, they can be sold on Facebook groups and another good platform to have them sold is eBay

Do you know of a good supplier for digital licenses?
There are many providers, such as CodesWholesale or Kinguin. However, all of this is worth nothing if you have to do everything manually. I have a good friend who has optimized the process with Shopify and WooCommerce in the B2B area. The customers then receive the codes conveniently via an SMS interface or email. His best customer uses multiple WooCommerce stores and scales horizontally with AdSense.

You can sell them on facebook that is the best place, find a group read the rules to make sure everything works fine and start selling, to being honest don't know if you can sell them on twitter never saw that, but stay on facebook is the best place to get clients faster, I got mine from facebook too so yeah it will work.

Yes, it's ok to create a page for any product that you sell is legal and doesn't violate any terms of the platform.
But I would suggest you to just focus on Facebook groups and create a simple WordPress website with WooCommerce.
Relying completely on a 3rd party platform is not a good practice.
If you have your own website, you will have more control over your products, services, customers, support...

best would be to set up your own online shop with wordpress etc. then start promoting your offer on reddit, facebook etc.

I doubt if Facebook users really trust sellers on Facebook and will buy. Because most on Facebook are scammers, sellers want to scam you and customers want to scam you.
