I need to Rent virtual or real PC for my working purpose. But I can't use google cloud or amazon cloud/EC2 service. Because they don't provide Windows 7 OS. And I have to use VPN in that PC. Any suggestion to find a best way to get PC for Cheap rate? 8GB RAM is recommended.
