I need to randomly assign a url link to the same keyword within a document.

Pure example only
If I have 100 sentences with the same keyword in each sentence. And I have 100 urls. I want to take those 100 urls and assign them randomly (one each) to the that keyword as a link.

Is there any kind of software to do this? Or will this be an outsourcing project?
