i need to purchase non-US proxies

Hey.

I need international, non-US proxies. Also I can't use proxies from the following countries:

Brazil
Slovenia
Israel
China
Canada
Australia
Hungary
Argentina
Ukraine
Bulgaria

Central/western european would probably be best. I'm after private proxies, but if you have non-private ones which are undetectable, use different ports, and are not widely posted on sites & forums, I'd be interested in trying them out.
