if you don't have cc then purchase a loaded vcc that accept on amazon thats it

In Indonesia, banks don't offer CC services?
If you don't have CC and they only accept this option as the payment method. Then you've to figure this out.

Maybe he meant AWS services like SES. I did that a few days ago so.. yeah
OP if you still have trouble paying Amazon, why not just purchase a loaded VCC that works on Amazon. You will find really good ones in the BHW marketplace.
